Remington 7600 Pump 30-06 Rifle Made 1988

The Remington 7600 inherits a lineage that started in 1952 with the 760 Gamemaster and runs to the present day in the much refined form of the 7600 – all of which testifies to its solid design, great strength, durability, reliability, accuracy and fast handling. Few firearms in history can match the design’s nearly 70 year production life. This example was made in 1988 (barrel code WI) and features a 22” barrel, fully adjustable sights, detachable four shot magazine, cross bolt safety, dual action bars, and nicely figured checkered high gloss walnut stocks with contrasting forend tip, grip cap and butt plate set off by white line spacers. QD sling swivel studs are on barrel and butt and atop the receiver are TASCO base and matched 1” rings. It’s in like new condition retaining 99+% original blue while the bore is absolutely perfect and the stocks have two or three very light handling marks. All indications are that it has been fired very little. As strikingly handsome as it is effective this one is special because it was made before the same betrayal of quality started to take root in Big Green that had spelled the death of Winchester. You’ll not find another from this period in this condition. If you have questions please email us at This will be listed for auction on Gun Broker the evening of August 26th.
