Winchester Illinois Sesquicentennial 94 Carbine

This is one of the Winchester Illinois Sesquicentennial 94 saddle ring 30-30 carbines made in 1968. It is unfired (still full of factory grease) and features an engraved receiver; gold plated trigger, loading gate, saddle ring, butt plate and gold filled lettering on the barrel. It also has a commemorative medallion inleted in the butt. A very handsome carbine indeed. It 98% finish overall with some slight rub marks on the right of the receiver and some rust spotting along the leading edge of the butt plate. It comes with its serialized box and the box and papers shown (for some reason the last two digits on the box were changed from 22 to 88 and then that was crossed out and 22 written next to it see photo).
